The AI Implementation Week

Five days to make AI useful.

Identify the opportunities, teach your team and deliver one agreed working pilot. Founder-led, primarily onsite, with specialist help where needed.

A clear first engagement

Start with one
valuable workflow.

We agree the scope and acceptance criteria before the week. Your team learns through its own work while we build a pilot around an approved input and a checkable output.

The working week

Learn it. Build it. Use it.

  1. Before

    Choose the work

Sponsor call, workflow interviews, access check and a baseline. Agree the pilot and what successful delivery means.

  2. Monday

    Map & teach

Understand the repeated work, prioritise opportunities and introduce practical AI. Confirm the pilot brief with the people who do the job.

  3. Tuesday

    Learn & start building

Practise context, prompting, research, documents and spreadsheets. Start the agreed pilot using approved data.

  4. Wednesday

    Build & test

Work through representative cases and awkward inputs. Run a practical clinic with your internal champions.

  5. Thursday

    Refine together

Use the team's feedback to improve the pilot. Explain the software and agent concepts relevant to your workflow.

  6. Friday

    Demonstrate & hand over

Check the agreed criteria, demonstrate the pilot and assign an owner. Leave the source, operating instructions and a 90-day roadmap.

  7. After

    Support & measure

Fourteen days of scoped support, followed by a measurement review after 30 days.

The handover

Your next step comes with you.

A usable pilot needs an owner, instructions and a path forward.

  • 01One agreed working pilot
  • 02Source and configuration handover
  • 03Reusable prompt and context playbook
  • 04Operating instructions and a named owner
  • 05Prioritised opportunities
  • 06A 90-day roadmap

A good fit

Your team has
a real task in mind.

  • A repeated document, spreadsheet, reporting or operational workflow.
  • A sponsor and a named owner who can make time.
  • An approved input source and a result someone can review.
  • Access and procurement prepared before the week.

Agreed before purchase

Scope, support and completion.

Larger integrations are scoped separately. Production deployment is included only when scope, access and readiness support it.

Travel, licences, API usage and applicable VAT are itemised separately. The week includes fourteen days of scoped support and a review after 30 days.

If we miss the agreed deliverables despite client prerequisites being met, we provide up to five additional delivery days at no fee. The proposal sets the prerequisites and acceptance criteria.

Other first steps

Start at the right depth.

The practical details

Before the week starts.

Who is this for?

Established financial and professional-services teams with repeated document, reporting, spreadsheet or operational work. We also work with other industries when the workflow is a good fit.

What will we have at the end of the week?

One agreed working pilot, practical training, source and configuration handover, an operating guide and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. We define acceptance criteria and the pilot environment before the engagement.

Can you work with our existing tools?

We start by checking your current systems and approved access. The standard week covers one agreed input source and output destination; larger integrations are scoped separately.

Will the pilot run in production?

A controlled pilot is the default. Production deployment is included only when scope, access and readiness support it, and is stated in the proposal before purchase.

What does it cost?

We quote after a discovery conversation and readiness check. Travel, licences, API usage and applicable VAT are itemised separately.

What happens afterwards?

The week includes fourteen days of scoped support and a measurement review after 30 days. An ongoing AI partnership reserves delivery time for new builds, coaching and agreed improvements.

Who owns the work?

The proposal includes source, configuration and operating handover. Third-party tools and licences retain their own terms; ownership and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
