VELOCIRAPTOR AI

Free working resource

Find your first useful AI workflow.

Use this scorecard with the people doing the work. Compare candidate tasks, record a baseline and choose a pilot with an owner and a checkable output.

How often does the work repeat?
How much hands-on effort does it take?
Can you access an approved input?
Can someone check the result?
Who will own the pilot?

Measure before building

Write a baseline you can check.

  1. Name the task, its input source, output and owner.
  2. Time three representative runs. Record hands-on work and review separately.
  3. List missing inputs, exceptions and permissions needed.
  4. Write the conditions that make a result usable.
  5. Repeat the same checks on the pilot, including its review effort and running costs.

For example, a weekly operating summary may combine approved figures with an AI-assisted draft. A repeated spreadsheet transformation may be better served by explicit software rules. A policy-review workflow needs source references and a human decision.
