Match every invoice in @finance/inbox/2026-10/ to the open POs in @finance/open-pos.xlsx.
For each invoice:
1. Pull supplier, invoice no., date, VAT and total.
2. Find the PO. If none, say so. Don't guess.
3. Flag gaps over R50 or 2%, whichever is smaller.
4. Check VAT is 15% of the ex-VAT amount.
Write the results to @finance/out/matches.xlsx (one row per invoice),
then give me a short list of the ones that need a human, with the reason.
